Paralegal opportunities in the South Bay! Robert Half is working with a national firm looking for multiple paralegals to join a growing team! These paralegals will primarily work on products liability defense matters, mostly vehicle manufacturer liability. These paralegals will handle a variety of duties with a focus on product liability and auto warranty defense litigation.
Work plan:
- 2x onsite, 3x remote – Tuesdays & Thursdays everybody from managing partner to essential staff (office services, IT, receptionist onsite daily).
- “We don’t see this changing anytime soon.”
Responsibilities of Senior Paralegal
- Product liability experience & warranty lemon law experience is ideal, defense experience preferred.
- This person will be the paralegal that is the overviewing attorney for the big group.
- Assigning work, making sure people are billing, helping cover when people are out.
- Billable Hour Req. - none
Responsibilities of Paralegal
- Product liability experience & warranty lemon law experience is ideal, defense experience preferred. This person will be a billing paralegal and have their own assistant handling admin duties like e-filing, etc.
- Paralegal duties – very heavy day to day case management, preparing chronologies, discovery summaries, document management.
- Billable Hour Req. – 1600
- Up to 100k, can stretch for 110k
Responsibilities of Trial Paralegal
- Product liability experience is ideal, defense experience preferred.
- This person will be a billing paralegal and have their own assistant handling admin duties like e-filing, etc.
- This paralegal will do some of the regular duties but will have more cases in trial. They might go to trial, although it’s not very regular.
- Somebody who has been in the hot seat is ideal.
- Billable Hour Req. – 1600

Compensation:
- Salary - Paralegals up to 100k, Trial Paralegal & Senior Paralegal up to 120/130k.
- Longevity bonus.
